FORGË DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

  1. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FORGË SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES.

FORGË’S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO FORGË IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

  1. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Forgë, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
