Delete Your Forge Account
At Forge, we respect your right to control your personal data. If you would like to permanently delete your Forge account, you can submit a request using the form below.
Request Account Deletion
To request deletion of your Forge account, please provide the following information:
- Full Name
- Email Address linked to your Forge account
- Subject
- Reason for deletion (optional)
Important: For security purposes, we may contact you to verify your identity before processing your request.
What Happens When You Delete Your Account
When your deletion request is completed:
- Your Forge account will be permanently deleted
- Your profile information will be removed from active systems
- Your login credentials will no longer work
- Any saved preferences, progress, and user-generated data associated with your account may be permanently removed
Please note that certain information may be retained for a limited period if required for:
- Legal compliance
- Fraud prevention
- Dispute resolution
- Enforcement of our agreements
Subscription and Billing
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel any active subscription billed through Apple App Store or Google Play unless otherwise stated.
If you subscribed through a third-party platform, you must cancel your subscription directly through that platform before or after submitting your deletion request to avoid future billing.
Processing Time
Once we verify your request, account deletion is typically processed within 2-3 business days.
